Kotharo is a Claude Code plugin that runs a full software team for a tech lead: product, design, architecture, developers, QA, DevOps and a dev manager. The team sizes, plans, builds, reviews, ships and deploys each ticket, and stops only for the decisions that are yours.

Install

In Claude Code, add the marketplace, then install the plugin:

/plugin marketplace add https://plugins.kotharo.com/marketplace.json

/plugin install kotharo@kotharo

From a terminal, use claude plugin in place of /plugin. Needs Claude Code 2.1.295 or later and Python 3.11 or later. Then run /kotharo:setup to connect your tools.

Docs are coming soon. Until then, llms.txt sums up Kotharo for people and for language models.
